He didn't die mysteriously, he had a heart attack, in front of her and doctors. No mystery about it ...

An autopsy was performed Monday. On Tuesday, Her Majesty's Coroner Linda P. Virgill said that based on preliminary findings, "the cause of death is not natural." But, she said, "we wish to reserve [announcing] the cause of death at this time," adding that a toxicology results and a full autopsy report will be released by the end of the week.

Virgill said an inquest will take place afterward and her staff will interview all "relevant witnesses," including Anna Nicole Smith, hospital workers and flight attendants, to develop an official timeline.

The coroner's statements came in the wake of a story in the Nassau Guardian that Daniel Smith suffered a "massive heart attack" and that antidepressants had been found in his system. The newspaper said that Daniel was seen "vomiting uncontrollably" shortly before his death.

No. She had no motive. If she was no longer interested in him due to the new baby, she could just have him stay away as he is 20 years old and no longer a dependent.

A new baby could have been stressful on him even more so as he was an only child of a single parent. He may have done something to himself consciously or unconsciously. He may have been angry at his mother and landed this on her doorstep.

What an awful thing to say. Heart disease in the men in her family was very prevalent, she had a 16 year old male cousin die of a heart attack. It's no longer a mystery to the pathologist or family, just us.

I dont know why but the way i see the whole situation is (if he did die of natural causes) that Anna had done something very bad in her life and when she had her 2nd child her 1st was taken from her... I guess i would consider it a karma thing because i believe in karma and if it doesn't come back on you it will come back on your kids.

It does seem weird that he would be sitting at her bedside and just all of a sudden pass away. Maybe he was afraid she would love the new baby more than him? I didn't even know she was pregnant! Isn't she like in her 50's now?

No, I don't think she had her son killed -- she truly loved him, to the best of her ability. It seems to me that it has had to have been extremely difficult to live either one of their lives, considering all the harsh judgment they've experienced about their life circumstances. This is a tragedy, that doesn't need us to be conjecturing about it in this forum, that's what i think anyway.

I do not in anyway think she did.. I really do not like her, she is one of my most unliked people on earth.. However, I really do feel bad about her son dying. He was young, and I think he was sick long before he died. But I wouldnt put her at blame at all.

I don't believe that for a minute .She called for help as soon as she found him in distress . The woman had just given birth-what could she have had access to , to commit murder ?More importantly , why ? She adored her son .

No, I don't think she would've had him killed. She's not too bright.

I suspect that it was either drugs or possibly herbal supplements. You know the problems they were having with people taking stuff with Ephedra in it.
