We have found this picture online:

and to make a huge banner of it we need it to be about 600 dpi s.

You can give it a try in some image editing software but it's going to blur. Taking it from a web image to a banner is going to be pretty bad, I have to break this to people all the time.

Hi there!
All you need is desktop-level image editing softwares...if you have one,try opening it in there and resample it to suit your needs...since it blurs if it goes that big,try sharpening it in the effects..just be creative...use photoshop or photopaint for best results
