It may well be real and also may be in the U.S.A. .
Over 5000 phyones have been killed in South Florida alone in the last few years. These are snakes which grow to 25 ft long, and can easy kil a cow and drag it up a tree.
My son works in a small rural college, and every year they catch about 7 to15 different snakes of which most are phyones. The studens leave home and their parents don't want snakes running around the house so they turn them lose on the campus.
If you are a student or otherwise owner of a snake just before you release it remeber you could be it's meal in a few years or your little sister, or brother, or soem other kid.
It's best togive them to zoos or to animal control officers.

Real as long as the cow was clamped between the snake's jaws! Reel if it was tied to the tail!

if you have a picture of anything, then, yeah, the picture must be real. however, the scene in the picture is phony. just like ufo and bigfoot pictures are real, but the images are phony. just like a star wars movie poster is a real poster, but darth vader is not real ... or the bible is real ... but jesus is just an imaginary character in the bible. there ain't no snake that can pull a full-sized adult cow up a cliff.
