They have twisted the constitution in favor of invasion of privacy. Eavesdropping on all Americans.

They have twisted the constitution in inprisoning an American citizen without having legal representation. Pedela if you remember?

Cons you are playing with fire and spiting on the values of our constitution. You are a minority and are a dying breed. God Bless True Americans and Not Traitors Like You.

I don't dislike Bush from Irrational and emotional reasons as many people do. I merely don't approve of Bush's foreign policy based on direct facts. Bush is single-handedly trying to destroy the separation of powers, and shred the Constitution. Bush is an active and direct enemy of the US. How could you have any respect for a president who has no respect for our Constitution, on which this great country was based on? See it for yourself: http://www.capitolhillblue.com/artman/pu...
Also, Bush publicly admitted to felony violations of federal laws (i.e. Warrantless Wiretapping), and these have been confirmed by federal courts, including the Supreme Court. I don't think the Soviets or the Nazis allowed the judges to monitor their domestic spying programs; so why Bush allowed it? It is because the entire illegal warrantless wiretapping program and others were a power ploy to claim executive authority to break the law whenever he wanted. Is that a good behaviour on Bush's part or is it also a propaganda?
As you well know, Bush claimed that God told him to invade Iraq. Is God that careless and clueless and we should stand behind Bush because of such insane rediculous claim?
Truth, Justice and the Neocons Way is pretty much a fallacy nowadays. It has become Take from the needy and Give to the greedy and if you have something I want, I am going to take it. The Land of Laws has suddenly shown its double standard, the laws for the average working American and the Laws for those that do nothing but take making their livings off the backs of hard working people, not necessarily Americans alone. Finally, Allow me to say that I am proud to be American, but very ashamed of our government, especially Bush's Administration

Most Neo-Cons are Fundamentalist Christians, the politics are a disguise they use to cover the real agenda; they want the Constitution abolished and replaced with some form of Bible Code and Blue Laws. They are all the Children of the ONE GOD, and as such can do no wrong.

No, the form has the geared up skill to be amended and adjusted, as long as we save on with the right format. "Getting back to the form" feels like an admirable objective - yet who's interpretation it? they vary extensively reckoning on politics and region in united statesa.. that is like the Bible, while you're sufficient of a zealot you could study something in it you pick. and that i don't bear in ideas something approximately having to decide for Ron Paul in it.

Do you have to spit on the whole story/facts?

Other than the obvious slant and generalization of the issues : "Eavesdropping on ALL Americans", you're wrong about the Cons being the minority. They're the majority. That's why they're in power.

because they really have no interest in understanding, embracing and upholding the ideals of that great document. The elite of America controls the planet and twist anything they can to keep that control
freedom, democracy, civil liberty; none of it matters.

you are absolutely right, they are traitors to your country

I rest in the hope that Americans will wake up and take action; come together and put things right.

Gitmo: Give me a break! The prisoners are treated like hotel guests. They are fed special Islamic meals, they are allowed to pray and do whatever...

Are you against the eavesdropping even if it foils terrorist attacks, just like it did a few weeks ago? Do you realize if we didn't have these programs, we would not have an America anymore? WE would ALL be kneeling to Allah, and the women would all be wearing burqas. Is THAT your dream for America? Well, it sure as hell isn't mine!!

Because they never studied civics and they don't understand what "balance of power" means. They are fine with people losing rights and freedoms as long as it isn't THEM. They are selfish and narrow minded and completely disregard the struggles that were made to create our system of laws and checks on Government power. They want the Government to tell you what religion to observe, what you can do with your body, what you can say and who you can love.

You are a typical liberal. You have no clue about the constitution, you want to bend it to your interpretation. I don't spit on the Constitution, but I do spit on those that work to destroy my country by misinterpreting the laws.
