it's depend. some people likes hot and warm, other people likes cold and breezy place. But save to say that every continent near the equator have a very comfortable climate.

Cuernavaca, Mexico... the city of eternal spring, never too warm, never too cold, gentle rain when it rains, no storms, no extremes. However expensive and sometimes crowdy... can't have everything.
