Depends on what size you are... if you're on the smaller size you can get cute shorts in the boys department that end up being longer... I found cute ones at Old Navy. Plus look in the swimwear department for board shorts. The long ones are really instyle, I have a really cute pair that are brown pink & white and come down to my knees. Or you can get cargo pants and cuff them up to make capris or find them at cheap places like Ross, Marshalls or thrift stores and cut them off.

Hope this is helpful, I went to a Bible College in Southern California and that's what I did to find longer shorts.

Start a movement and take a special placefor you in history. Will it not be great ?

Just wear longer tops. Norstrom's rack has a great line called PSST! and they are great plain tee's in many shades for 8 bucks a pop. Longer shirts look more flattering than shorter ones. Do you mean spagetti strap tops? If so, wear no-sleevers, they have more sleevelength. Otherwise wear shortsleeve shirts, they look quite stlylish, and now that it's getting into winter you'll want something slightly warmer anyway.
