Hi. Well, yes, in Chinese stores you can buy these metal balls. They come in pairs in these little boxes, very beautiful presented. You take the two balls together in the palm of your hand and then roll them around. That is what my mother did after she broke her wrist. The doctors said she would never be able to use her hand again, which was a disaster because she is a baker, but she bought those balls and exercised all the time with them, and now she is back at her shop. Hope this helps. Good luck to you.

The exercises would depend upon the injury to your hand. You would need to ask your doctor or physical therapist to make sure you are doing the right exercises for YOUR particular injury.

unfortunately, you didn't mention which part of your hand that needed to be treated. however, for low-moderate therapy, you could try squizing a rubber ball (the one like you use to fing in a long flight air plane). or a toy (i forgot the name) which shape like a ball with another ball in it, hold in your arms then you spin it with your wrist as the axist.

Have you talked to your doctor? Maybe they can refer you to an occupational or physical therapist. That would be in their field of expertise and of course anyone who suggests anything would have to know the exact nature and extent of your injury.

you should talk to a Dr. or physical therapist to be sure the things you do don't hurt your hand more.
