They live to tell. They were children who did this: "Miss Jones, Tommy is chewing gum in class." No one liked them then, no one likes them now. They will NEVER mind their own business.

The facts that some people have manners, whilst others have none, that some people do not like filth, whilst others do, that some people still retain some decency, whilst others do not, that some people have regard for the feelings of others, whilst others do not seems to me to sum up your question. If you want filth, go one to one with some other such person but do not put it here where it can be read and/or seen by people who have more respect for themselves that others appear to have.....

I've not run into too much of this, but yes, these people will be everywhere in any environment. They have to find some way to justify their miserable existence, I suppose.
