Pick a new hobbie or get married and buy a house. That leaves you no time to play plus the added bonus is the wife naggin you that you spend too much time on the pc. Eventually you get tired of hearing it and quit lol..

I vote for a new hobbie something outside with friends. I havent played WoW in a while was a slow detox but the wife naggin helped it along. = )

It's okay, I had this same problem. Then I ran out of money and then there was no problem, lol! I play from time to time, but definitely not letting it take over my life like it use to. My son would literally start pulling my arm if I even got within 5 feet of my computer. lol! I love him so much!

If it's taking over your life, you need to either cut down or get rid of it. It was easy for me. Someone robbed my house and took everything. There's a lot more to life than a video game.

Unsubscribe immediately. This will stop you feeling obliged to play because you pay.

I play Guild Wars Factions online; no monthly subs for this game, so I can take it and leave it.

Remember it's only a game; it's not real.

Get a girlfriend.

Go out with your Friends or make new Friends.
or I would say when starting to play the Game just go outside and feel the natural surroundings, feel them.

Get a job, go to school, go outside away from video games. Volunteer. Ride a bike.

I had the same problem with FFXI and the best way I think is to stop cold turkey. Just cancel your account and uninstall the game. Don't even think about it. Just do it. No regrets.
