don't take my word as definite, but my autistic brother took from doctor's orders-suggestion, and I took (18 at the time) it didn't make any harm, but I became a little hyper, since it oxygenates the brain. my brother was ok, he is not normally quiet, but with this he was more focused. be aware of the indications, like when you use ginseng in doses too high, it's accumulative, and not healthy, so check out that. I would say you can, since I did.

Spirulina is a very good anti-oxidant, it is also a good source of iron, which is important for children, and it helps to aid in digestion. it has ten times more beta carotene than carrots. I don't know of any associated health risks with spirulina, so I guess my answer would be yes!

This question shoudl be fielded to their doctor, as with any medication question. We don't know their medical history and anything could cause side effects. My advice is ask your doctor. If you want them to get vitamines go for an over the counter one and ask the pharmisist which one would be better for them!
Hope this helps!

Paying money for vitamins causes you to have the most expensive pee ever. Vitamine supplements are bogus. Feed your children a balanced diet.
