well a orgasm like you say on the outside is a clitoral orgasm and that is when you are being touched and stimualted on your clitoris and you have a orgasm. Now one on the inside is when your guy hits your g spot which in reality is just a part of the nerves and muscles realted to your clitoris on the inside and you feel the sensation of a orgasm like that and you may get much more wet. ok...a clitoral orgasim would be on the outside....i hope you know where your clit is, right? well rubbing that feels good and you orgasim ....a vaginal one is usually when the man is inside of you and he is hitting you g-spot and you orgasim....both are great experiences....at times....both can go off at the same time...and it's like fireworks on the 4th of july...lol....and then there is multiple orgasims...so much fun being a women!:)
