this works for me, try scraping a candle to the part of the shoe that causes blisters. give me 10 points if it works for you too, haha =)
just the same, our local shoemakers have worked for it so many times so they are still the best guys to ask about it (and do it correctly the first time).

Shoes Causing Blisters

There are 2 ways. (1) you can take the shoes to a shoe repair shop and have them stretched at the point that is causing the blister or (2) If they are leather shoes you can soak the shoes in warm water until they are completely wetted then put them on and wear them until they are dry. The shoes will dry to the shape of your feet and without tight spots. I've personally used both methods and they DO work.

I once had the same question...Sadly I found out that if shoes give you blisters they are either too small, too big or just not made for you. Try getting exacly your size, if you have and they are still giving you blisters there is no way they'll stop. Try sprinkling some baby powder on you feet b4 you put the shoes on it may help but I have tried it and it failed.

right here's a tried and examined tip to keep away from blisters - or shield those you have already got. Fasten a sheet of skinny foam rubber (the type you get in packing) over the blister or the situation the place the shoe rubs with sticky plaster. this could shield the spot till the shoe has softened up.

I usually have to wear bandaids or put the bandaid on the spot where the shoes rubs my foot. It usually takes a couple weeks to get used to wearing the shoes before they stop causing blisters.

i buy this thing, i forgot the name of it, but you place it on the part of the shoe that gives you blisters. it's like a padded sticker that makes it more comfortable to wear the shoe

Take them to a shoe repair shop, they'll fix them up for you. If you need orthotics you can get those as well.

Have you tried those insoles that Bakers sale. They are small cushions that go inside shoes so that your feet won't slide down to the tip, and so that you will have cushion on the bottom of your feet. Hope this helps!!!

Take them to the shoemaker. They can stretch them or put little pads in to protect your feet. The pads are sold at most drugstores and supermarkets, too.
