Astronauts brush their teeth just like they do on Earth. There is no shower on the Shuttle, so astronauts must make do with sponge baths until they return home. Each Space Shuttle has a toilet that can be used by both men and women. Designed to be as much as possible like those on Earth, the units use flowing air instead of water to move waste through the system. Solid wastes are compressed and stored onboard, and then removed after landing. Wastewater is vented to space, although future systems may recycle it. The air is filtered to remove odor and bacteria and then returned to the cabin.

And as for the second question, it's obvious that they never had to drink their own urine.

Also from an experinced astronaut Mr. Charles Walker says:
"The Space Shuttle and the Space Station both orbit the Earth in "freefall" meaning the forces of gravity holding them, and everything inside them, in orbit are equally balanced to zero. That’s the "weightlessness" that we talk about. Everything a person does onboard those vehicles appears to have no weight and floats. So when we need to use the bathroom facilities we have to take some care. The bathroom commode looks much like the one in your bathroom. But when we need to use it, we put straps across our legs to hold us down on the seat. Fans below the commode are turned on to create a stream of air downward past us that works to pull the liquid and solid wastes away. The liquid is dumped overboard into space and first freezes them sublimes into atoms. The solid waste is freeze dried and comes back to Earth aboard the Shuttle where it is disposed of like that from portable potties everywhere".

They have a little hose that hooks up to the suit; when they "go" it goes down the little hose and into a collection system where they eventually expell it into space.
And as for drinking their own urine...no, I doubt they do.

They have tubes and catheters for when they need to go. And no, they did not drink their own urine.

They are all connected by tubes and when it is full they empty it into the water purification system and then they drink it, no problem just a bit of a funky taste which they cover up by using Tang.
