Keep it in your pants. That is the only thing that is 100%. Otherwise just be very careful. Make sure to wear a condom..do not double up on them that doesn't help. Infact it makes it more likely to rip.

I don't think there is another safe alternative. Just get the vasectomy. It's not that bad.

a vasectomy is a "damaging" operation, the vas deferns are cut and sutured off ... sorry spanky, there is no non-damaging way
