Some skinny people can't help being skinny. I am a size 6-8 (UK size) and have been this way since a teen. I walked out of hospital after having my daughters in my size 8 jeans! I eat loads of crap in the hope I will put on weight but nothing ever works. I have loads of trouble buying clothes and people make comments about the fact that I must be anorexic because I am so thin. I am constantly being told I am underwieght but how exactly am I supposed to put weight on? These people who starve themselves just to look thin are silly and most people who do look better and healthier with a bit of meat on them.

Not when its to an extreme, but for photography purposes and certain trends I have to say they don't look right if you're not. Its sad, but true. I have a little extra baggage, and even my man says too skinny is a turn off but sometimes they look good, like America's Top Model. But you need to understand the difference between career and real life. Most guys could watch it on tv, but wouldn't want to really be with her.

I find the ultra-bony,skinny look absolutely disgusting;it's like looking at a skeleton with skin on the bones.Some meat on the bones is a good thing.More cushion for the pushin'!

I am ultra boney and skinny, but thats just how I was built. I don't look deathly, but I feel I look healthy for my height/build.
Personally though, I don't like thin guys.

I don't think skinny is very attractive at all. Alot of people that are really skinny must have a eating disorder. You have to have some fat on your body. Skinny looks terrible too me.

I have no idea how women can stand to look in the mirror when their ribs poke out further than their stomach and breasts!

Men say all chunky women are too fat to date, so women make themselves ultra skinny so men will love them!

ewww no,too skiny or too fat is not nice but just about right or a few extra pounds in the right place does it for me,a man should look like a man not a 12 yr old boy,same goes for women

No, I much prefer the healthy athletic look. Some of these stick thin models look like they'd shatter into fragments if they fell over.

There has got to be meat on those bones. I prefer a beefy guy. Like my husband used to say " why sleep on a pile of rocks, when you can have a feather bed."

and cant run cos i get black eyes but i can cook you a good meal and love to have a good drink heee hee must go now
