Not sure about the bad luck part, but not real bright. So you have Sara tattooed on your chest and you marry Debbie. How the heck do you think she will react to that everytime you take off you shirt. Get a tattoo of anything EXCEPT a persons name..........

Dont put a persons name on your body, unless your have a really GREAT reason to do so, like a family member who has died or whatnot, most people could except that reasoning. Otherwise all your doing is putting a tattoo on yourself that you will regret and probably end up having removed which will be more painful and cost more thatn the tattoo.

yes its bad luck and when the relationship is over you get to explain to every new bf/gf who it is why you broke up and why you got their name in the first place it just keeps bringing this person back up over and over trust me i know have a ex's name on my arm we broke up 10 years ago but that name is still there i would get it removed but its a constant reminder to not do stupid things in the future

I got my boyfriends name tatood on me when I was seventeen. Three years later I married him. so I dont think its bad luck. I wouldnt do it if you and him havent been togther for a long time. If you do get it somewhere where you can cover it up or get it small enough so if you break up it will be easy to get tatood over..
