If you do not know what you want, you should get nothing. A tatto on a whim is almost always a mistake. The tattoo should mean something to you. If you are going to take the suggestion of another person, that means you are "going with the crowd." No one should care about the tattoo except you.

The best advice I ever got, concerning tatoos, was to draw it exactly how you want it, decide on the exact size and location for it, and put it in your pocket for 6 months. If, in that time, you don't make any changes whatsoever to it, get it. ( I never got one because of that )

I bet if you got a tattoo shaped and colored like a basal sarcoma people would not be able to stop staring at it.

How about a big target? Tatoos are so 90's. Most people are paying big bucks to have them removed.

How about some text...."This will be removed by laser shortly when I have found that tattoos aren't that great."
