cardio is the best. sit-ups only firm and tone the muscle beneath the fat, while cardio will help to get rid of the fat.

i ran everyday for twenty minutes and after a few months, noticed great results.

two words.crunches + cardio. you can do all the crunches in the world but if u have some fat over it your work will be worth nothing.all you will be doing is building muscle below fat.remember abs are the hardest thing to keep fit.so crunches everyday.and cardio about every other.

Haha. We have the same problem, I have a paunch too but I'm slim. The only way to get rid of it would be to exercise. I'm currently working on mine.

Well if you want it in for a couple of secs, hold your breath!! This is a strange one, do you drink a lot of beer?? You might need to start jogging.

Do a lot of crunches (sit-ups). It'll make it go in after a while.
