In the North America, the autumn time change will occur at 2:00 am local time on Sunday, October 29, 2006. Beginning in 2007, the spring time change in North America will be moved up to the second Sunday in March and the autumn time change will be moved back to the first Sunday in November.

In Europe, the autumn time change will occur at 01:00 UTC on Sunday, October 29, 2006.
