its called circle of life people. we born. we live a lil while we die. thats how it goes. celebritites eat sleep s h it & die just like all of us normal mortals so stop acting as if they are gods already.

Yeah I agree why all the fuss........But I learned no matter how much we say this it's gonna just keep happening. Celebrities are a big part of America without them ha there would be no gossip and all the things that come along with it. They are just like us but in the public eye and have a lot more money then the average person. But why do they have news shows just for them and magazines obviously people care so it's not gonna go away anytime soon. :(

I agree, somehow a celebrities death is more shocking than God knows how many people dieing each day in wars.
Perhaps one reason is people hear about individual celebrities all the time so feel like they know them (which is kinda weird but i think true) so when they die they are bound to be as shocked as if one of their close friends die!!
It is the crazy media driven world.

They are the one's who everyone knows, whereas the one's who we know are only known by a few. It's not so shocking that people die, it's shocking sometimes how people die. Not just the celebrities but all people. Sad thing is that people in general don't think "common" people are news worthy

Because a lot of people are more interested in the life of celebs, instead of trying to just live and improve their own lives.
I mean, look at Celebreality on VH1. It would not be popular if the above wasn't true.

why is it that every day we are being told about celebrities breaking up or dating, or eating, or giving birth? it's not about the actual thing they're doing, it's about being a celebrity.
