things to remember when you go to the inteview?
FIRST IMPRESSION COUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!

remember you have two types of interviews
1. Structure or unstructured
2. one to one, panel, or group
3. telephone

WHen you go to the interview, be sure that you give them a reason why you can benefit the company.

here are some questions that will be asked often...
1. what interested you in this job?
2. Outline your experience.
3. What do you see as the major challenges of....?
4. Describe a creative/ innovative idea that you produced which led to a significant contribution towards the success of a project?
5. How important is being a team player to you? explain.

WHen you answer these questions, you need to give an example of the highest level of competence you can offer.

when you have the chance to ask questions, here are good questions to ask.
1. what roles make up the team?
2. what initial training should be provided?
3. How will you measure performance?
4. What have people contributed in the past?

If you have seen what your dream company does and have done your research, you will do well.

good luck

Ah yes, one of the favorite questions asked by prospective employers. Here's a good answer: "I'm sure that you have several well-qualified individuals that you are considering for this position. What sets me apart is (fill in the blank)." The fill-in-the-blank is where you sell yourself, and you should only hit the points that are relevent to the job you're applying for. For example, if you're applying for a secretarial position, you would emphasize your ability to multi-task, answer phones, your organizational skills, your writing skills, etc. If you're applying for a management position, you would emphasize your ability to lead, your decision-making ability, the fact that you set a good example by working hard and taking responsibility for your actions, your compassion for people and your desire to take care of your subordinates, etc. What a prospective employer is REALLY looking for is someone who has confidence and can articulate their personal strengths that will make them an asset to the company.

Be more specific in what you are asking. I m finding it vague at the face value. If you want others to apply for job, where are the job details? If you want to apply for a job what kind of job it is and what are the details?
