That was a poignant reminder of how far we haven't gotten since the attack. In my heart of hearts i believe they have delayed the rebuilding process to "keep the wound open" as he stated in his writings. A wound kept open is the hardest wound to heal and the powers that be are using it as a icon to further keep people in a state of fear in my opinion. Forgive me for my comparision but I liken this to the Romans lining the roads to Rome with their crucified enemies.

There is no better way to keep a person in line than with the constant fear of death.

That is the most fitting tribute to those lost on 9-11 that I've ever seen. What Keith says is truth, something Bush backers can't take. I sincerely hope he's put his family in the WItness Protection Program.

I've never liked Keith Olbermann in the past all that much, other than he poked fun at Bill O'Reilly, who I like even less - but he's been on fire as of late.

There's something terribly wrong going on, and Keith is one of a very few prominent voices willing to plainly say so.

Wow. Olbermann has produced a pair of the best editorial commentaries I've ever heard in the past few weeks. Sadly, those who most need to hear it probably just changed the channel.

Great article - who wouldn't hate the way things have gone; where if you think anything different than they, you're branded as 'not supporting the troops' and 'unpatriotic', even though you have intelligent (ahh, the defining factor), fact based reasons for your stance, whilst some vietnam war evader calls himself 'commander-in-chief' - so much for the land of the free.......................who ever told you that was your enemy, as zack la rocha pointed out.
