While you can add the meta tag for keywords to your pages this will not help your search engine rankings much. It is better to use your chosen keywords liberally in anchor text, headings text, and image text. Of course to be really effective your site must have content related to your chosen keywords!

you need to create 'meta tags' inside your website.
