Adobe Illustrator- why is my text blurry when I save for web?

Please help me!
I need to save an image that consists of a photo with a box of text beside it to put on the web.
It looks great in Illustrator, but when I save for web, the text becomes slightly blurry and hard to read.
Then, if I take off anti-aliasing, the text is not blurry but the spacing if off between the letters and it looks awful.
How can I save my text for web and have it look crisp and clean?
Can anyone offer me a suggestion? Thank you!

maybe you save in too low quality, like 4-5? Save in better quality.
