SHAKIRA.
I think they are both pretty good. Shakira has that whole Columbian belly dancing thing going for her. She is a good dancer and she can definitely move her hips. Jennifer Lopez has that whold Puerto Rican a** shaking thing going for her. She has that latin body movement to her when she dances. Overall, Shakira is better because I like the whole belly dancing thing. It's unique and she does it well.
