You may not be dumb but your self esteem may be lacking. Why would you want to be with a cheater?
They rarely change in case you haven't heard.

You are not dumb by no means. Love is strange. Your question is answered only by you.
How long have you been together? Do you love him still? Do you honestly forgive him? Will you forget about him cheating on you? Do you honestly think he will not do it again? Honestly? Does he feel bad and sorry for what he has done? Does he show you each and every day that he LOVES you with his whole heart?
there are many more questions you need ot ask yourself. It is not dumb to get back together with someone you love just because they cheated on you. every one makes mistakes. Just make sure he will never make that mistake again. One time can be forgiven, after that it shouldn't. Almost Everyone deserves a second chance if you are willing to give it ho them and they are willing to take it.

Depends on the situation. I'd say find out why your ex cheated the first time and why would this time be any different for your ex. Then I'd make sure to tell your ex that it's gain back my trust time. Your ex is going to have to realize you may be slow to trust this time around. Then I'd say if it happend again, that's it no more next times.

Yes, you're dumb. Cheating is the end-all to a relationship. It is possible to forgive (and important to do so) but that doesn't mean there is any reason at all to take someone back who is a cheater.

Well,it really depends on how long ago it happened.People do grow up and can change,but it really depends on the guy.
