Does anyone know how to change the emachine startup/shutdown splash screen?

My computer is a Emachine T3504 running Windows XP. I would do it BIOS but there is not an option. I would like to change it to my own logo since I rebuilt the whole computer except for the motherboard. The emachine logo doesnt suit my new computer. I can keep the Windows XP loading splash but would really like to eliminate or change the Emachine splash. Thank you in advance.

there is some way to eliminate.. there should be this setting at bios..
like: 'show splash screen enable/disable'
or change your monitor with low start up speed..
like it will take 20 second from you turn on till it finaly show something :)
