I got a badminton match in 7 days. I have never joined a match before and I don't have any coach or know anyone who know badminton well.

I am not powerful in my serves and my arm hurts very bad after every practice.

Thank you.

I use to play badminton often. What I advice you to do some light exercises or else you are going to have pains. make some deep-breathing and some stretches.
Personal advice: You can't do push-ups and barbels 7 days before your match! Whatever exercises I don't think you are going to be a badminton expert. What I advice you is to let your mind play and not your body. Try to let go and don't think of any victories. YOU PLAY TO ENJOY YOURSELF AND THAT'S ALL. This is the way that you can perform quite well. Try to practice at least 1 hr per day... and learn some basics strokes. Seek help from a coach!
You can't expect miracke 7 days before your match.

I took a badminton class in college; I don't remember having to put too much force behind my serves, though. Let this first time be a great learning experience for you. If you've been practicing, I'm sure you are going to do great!

get out there and do your best, you will never gain anything by not trying....keep practicing, and you will get better and better each time!
take some ibruprofin before each practice and before the match...might help with any swelling or soreness.

Hi
The only thing you have to do is to believe in yourself. And if your hand hurts really bad you have to practice a lot. If it hurts really bad just take some medicine. All the best from me and remember to keep faith in yourself and you will do really well.
All the best I know you are going to win
