An old fashioned treatment that we used in Germany is to steep a chamomile tea bags. Squeeze out the bag and when it is cool enough, but still warm, place on the eye and leave it for about 10 min. Do this several times a day.

Take a luke-warm wash cloth and put it over the eye. Keep putting this over the eye until it comes to head and burst. Now I know you said natural remedy but there is this real good stuff called Boil ease. It comes in a small tube and it is really great for getting bumps to come to a head fast. Use this and along with the warm wash cloth and the stye will burst by morning. You get this in the pharmacy at the drug store. It is over the counter medicine and its a topical creme.

the most natural remedy you can use is milk it flushes out the eye and also nourishes the eye with vitamin d and puts back the proteins that is lost when your eye is healing. It also works for scratches of the eye. It will itch for a while but in a day or two you will feel the difference. Use just drops of it from a syringe about 4 times a day. Going to the doctor would be a waste of money.

catch the first urination of the morning when you get up before you have any thing to drink, then dip a swap in and apply to stye for 4 mornings, it will be gone for sure. I know this sounds weird but have seen it work to many times, also most times the stye is gone on 3rd morning.

My granny always said to rub it with a gold wedding ring. I assume any gold ring will work, not just the wedding ring.
Like Candy g, I was told it worked but have never tried it.
