I would be using them to serve 3.5 to 5.0 ounces of ice cream. I can't find them anywhere and they need to not have any logos or anything on them, please help!! I need 1000 by October 26th.

Dairy Queen used to do that. Serve ice cream in little plastic helmets. Perhaps you could contact them and see if they'll sell you some of them.
