The root problem is not the Arabs its the Radical Islamist that have a problem with Israeli's breathing. But then again the Radical Islamist seem to have a problem with anyone breathing other than them, so I really can't give their concerns any credibility.

JT, history is no a Hollywood. For 2000 yrs Holly told us it was the Jews who built the pyramids.Holly lies all the time. So, if you really wish to learn your history keep away from Holly.
The Jews never ruled Jerusalem. Solomon did only for 200 years. Solomon was NOT a Jew, he was an Israelite , a family that vanished many centuries ago.
The Jews ( the new Asian version of Jews) stole Palestine in 45. and just to surprise you further the people of Palestine are NOT Arab although talk and culturally Arabs currently.
Palestinians are the ancient people of Meggedo. The only people whose The king of kings the greatest ever Pharaoh could not defeat without relying to tricks that the current false Jews are imitating, which is starving the people and enclosing them so no way out.
The only difference between the greatest Pharaoh and the tiny Ulmert is Ramsis the 2ND had signed a peace agreement as done with the Hittites ( Turk/Syrians ).

I agree with what he said above, it's a history of war. No one wants to give up the dreams of their forefathers, although I'm not sure anyone really remembers the true reasons for those dreams. Also its a whole dominance thing. Israel doesn't want to back down and have people walk all over them. And the Arab countries don't want to back down and seem inferior to the other Arab nations. Either way, the whole thing would be resolved if women were in a position of power.

That the European Zionists, long before the founding of the Israel as a state, in their arrogance as members of a "superior race" already planned the deposession of the local Arabs and the taking over of their land, a policy that was then followed after the founding of their state, aided and abetted by the Europenas and Americans who felt guilty about having let the slaughter of so many Jews happen.

The problem is that the British invented Israel, which was not really a smart move.

Now that Israel is there they have no option then to defend themselves against the extremist muslims which are all around in the Arab world. Just think that in Palestine the majority of the people voted for a terrorist organization. In my opinion this disqualifies them for all Western aid, but probably we will be weak and pamper them again with help now they changed their government.

1) When Israel was founded the Palestinians were expelled from their native land and did not get any kind of compensation for this until now.

2) Since 1967 Palestinians live under Israeli occupation and have to suffer from this in many ways.

3) This land is considered as holy by Muslims as well. For the Muslims Jerusalem is the third holiest place after Mekka and Medina so they think it must be under Muslim rule.

The root of the problem happened with Abraham (in the Bible).God told Abraham that he would give him a son. This son would inherit the land and he would have alot of descendants that would be given this land.Abraham and Sarah, being, quite old thought they were going to help God out and get Sarahs' maid pregnant,so that's what happened.Sarahs maid got pregnant by Abrahm and had Ishmael. .They are the Arabs.Later God fullfilled his word and gave Sarah a son, named Isaac who is the father of the Israelites.Isaac is the promised son and therefore the one who should receive the land, but God said he would make a great nation of Ishmael too.So the Two have been fighting ever since.

the root of the problem is rightful ownership of the land. Land which should be known as Palestine not the state of Israel. both sides believe it is theirs and will continue to fight until one side has ownership of it. other Arab nations do not get along with Israel for similar reasons such as invading their country, raging war and killing innocent people.

Back in BC days, Jewish population ruled Jeruselem. Romans entered and took over. Jewish population forced out. Arab people came in and took over. Arabs told to share with Jewish people after WWII. Arabs said NO, we'll kill them all, it was always ours. Israel had to send terrorists out of Israel. Surrounding Arab countries took in the people, BUT refused to let them assimilate into their populations. The term "Palestinian" is used for the first time to define Arabs from Israel in the 1960s. Arab nations unite for six day war and attack Israel. They lose big time to Israel and Israel wins parts of surrounding Arab nations in the war. Arab nations say Israel stole land from them and continue to wage death, all the time calling themselves victims.

Former Israeli PM Golda Meir said it best: Peace will be had in the Middle East when the Arabs learn to love their children more than they hate the Jews.

Good question. I live in a condo association and I'm Unitarian. I have neighbors that are Buddhist, Catholic, Atheist, Agnostic, Christian, Mormon and Jewish, and we all get along. ?? What the heck, I guess it comes down to history and feuds that have gone on for generations. Too bad they can't find some middle ground so everyone can just live their lives and be happy, but I'm probably just an idiot.
