I need to write a letter to a professor who was recommended by somebody. I don't know how to start. I need to ask for an appointment..

I'm completely braindead today. Any help, I'll give you 10 points. As in now! Thanks.

I understand you have a busy schedule however, would it be at all possible to arrange an appointment to visit you oand discuss this area in detail?

Please could you reply by return to the above address, alternativley contact me on telephone ... ..... .... so we can arrange a mutually appropriate time.

I am available almost any time but I understand that you are busy and you may need to check your calendar. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I look forward to you contact.

Hey,

Be kool if is really very busy & has no much time then keep the letter as short as possible , the more U going to get long then it will read later so keep it short .
Mail me & let me know the content I shall draft for u .
