it is best to sleep with your head towards the north. it is to do something with the magnetic properties of the body. the magnetic flow are most harmonious in this position

My chiropractor said not to sleep w/pilows because they elevate your head & can strain your neck & back.

Not in the north. As gravity is more towards North Pole and you might get mad.
