It's hard to give a specific way because you don't say what it is your are trying to memorize.
Here are some aids... these are called "Memory Hooks" because they act a something to hang answers on.
First of all, you need to memorize a list of words... I'll give you the first 10 that I use so you can see how this works.
1) RUN
2) SHOE
3) TREE
4) DOOR
5) HIVE
6) SICK
7) HEAVEN
8) GATE
9) WINE
10) HEN
Obviously, this list can go on and on for as many memory hooks as you need to memorize something.
Anyway... Let's say that I want to remember the name of a mouse pad... I will visualize a mouse pad running down the street with the 4 corners acting as legs and feet... it's a silly visual image, but you will find the sillier the image the better it works.
You can use the "List" over and over... for some reason, you will never forget the Mouse Pad running down the street when you are also thinking about a pair of scissors running down the street or a Dunce Cap running down the street... you get the idea... !
Two Shoe... visualize whatever you are trying to remember sitting in a shoe.
Three Tree... visualize whatever you want to remember, hanging from the branches of a tree.
This really works well for memorizing a bunch of non-related facts.
You can also make up a rhyme from the letters or you can take the first letter of each word and make a dirty saying out of it... the dirtier the better because it sticks in your mind better.
Lots of luck.

Write it 5 times or so. Then read it aloud 5 times or so.
The more you write and read, the more apt you are to remember.
