Sometimes I see it is used the term "cellular" or "mobile" but I don't know the difference. Is it the same?

Both are just same.. But it all started with the name cell phone.
Because many towers are installed to run a phone network. Each area covered by one particular tower was actually called as a cell in the network. So the name Cell Phone which later became popularly known as Mobile Phone meanig you can take it wherever you want..

It is the same thing; cellular used because the phone comewith a cell battery until the 'mobile phone' used because we can go anywhere with our phone.

is the same thing, people simple call it different names.. either a cell phone or mobile phone

A cell phone you can put in your pocket, a mobile phone is attatched in your vehicle. Mobile meaning your vehicle.
