for about the past month daily just out of the blue i feel like i have beenpunched in the stomach?

i have checked several web sites trying to find some answers and have come up with nothing its just an all of a sudden feeling and i actually get hot and my stomach feels just like i stated like ive just been punched in the stomach .. it lasts for about 30 min and goes away any idea what this could be ... ?

If the pain is below your navel, it could maybe be IBS, but that is just a guess, which you asked for.
I hope you have an appointment with your physician. A month is too long to go without getting this looked at.

It could be many things, but there's only one way to know for sure and that is by going to see a doctor.
