I have been on prescripition meds for over 3 years and they also stop working. And if I do not get enough sleep I get sick. Well I found that if you take capsoules made of 2/3 valerian root and 1/3 kava kava and have a nice warm glass of sleepytime tea it help's and I do dream and rember it. But you should talk to your parents about it also. I have tried many diffrent thing's but all of them you have to take breaks from because they can become habit forming even over the counter one's my doctor told me. And include your folk's..And one other thing not trying to be mean. Do you have some weight problem's. That can effect your sleep especialy if you are snooring there may be more to it. Do you have bad headaches//There are alot of thing's you to take into consideration...

Please have your folk's help you with it. But I would try alternative medacine first even if that mean's start with drinking a tea.

Best of luck

I understand not wanting to depend on a medication to help you.
I am aware of a natural juice that is giving people tremendously good results. It gives people deeper sleep. It gives people more engergy. It also helps with other medical issues that I won't go into.

This juice comes with a 90 day 100% money back guarantee. I would suggest you give it a three month trial period. If you don't see significant improvements, the company can be contacted and they will send all your money back.

The excellent thing about this juice is that it is a natural food, no side effects.

Go to my website cflip.freelife.com to read about the juice. My phone number is also available on that website.

You may be getting too much sleep. For the past thirty years, I have been living an active life with six or less hours of sleep. There are relaxation techniques that will make getting to sleep easier. Do not drink caffeine drinks an hour or so before going to sleep. Exercises about an hour or more, but not immediately before going to bed. Whatever you do stay off the drugs. Try to solve the problem instead of artificially treating the symptom.

Feeling tired does not strictly come from sleep deprivation. It can be from many sources. Over sleeping can even be a cause. You might discuss this with your folks and consider seeing a doctor. He could rule out anything wrong physically and from their give you and your parents options.
Doctors these days are hesitant to use medication unless it is highly warranted, but until you really understand the reason for your fatigue, one can't be that specific in giving you advice.
Good Luck

Many people understand now that M.S. is a function of a histamine deficiency. Using benedryl as a sleep aid is very wide of the mark. You might have a melatonin deficiency. You might have a "B" vitamin deficiency. You might have a lack of exercise. To address any of these with a potent pharmaceutical which upsets the balance of your body does not seem like an intelligent thing to do.

If you are over weight that sometimes will cause sleep apnea, snoring is also a sign of sleep apnea.

Try falling asleep without thinking of anything stressful. Think good thoughts

try taking valarian root....
its isnt an RX its an herb but you can buy it at stores like walgreens and walmart....
it will help you sleep naturally... you should probably try going to bed a couple of hours earlier for atleast a week so that you body can catch up on what it thinks it is lacking....
I do not know what you diet is like but it too could have alot to do with your body thinking it needs more sleep...
Good Luck...

My husband used to snore so loud that I had to sleep at the other end of the house. I took him to my naturopath, she recommended supplements, and the imbalance is corrected. If you'd like to visit a naturopath, but don't know one, you can find one at www.trinityschool.org. They have them listed by state on their web site. Talk with your parents to see if they will take you to one.
