My wife had a bad yeast infection about a month ago, maybe longer, since then her sex drive is way down. We still get along great, but sex is reduced to just quickies insted of ......you know lot's of forplay and such.....use your imagination. Could the yeast infection have anything to do with this?

She could feel very self conscious about herself.

It sure can! I know mine and my husbands sex-life has had effects as a result of it. It's also possible for you to re-infect her as you can harbour the infection with no symptoms at all.

Be patient, and talk to your wife about it. I hope this answer helps. Take care.

it could be phycological. nothing makes a woman feel unsexier than than having a yeast infection. it changes how you view yourself "down there". as long as your not bothered by it, she'll forget about it and things will get back to normal.

She is just feeling a little down over the infection. Just give her time, she'll snap out of it sooner or later.

no offence meant by this but maybe shes worried that it was the reason she got it. Hands, fingers etc carry alot of bacteria.
