I never want kids. I could never be able to support them and/or myself. It's too much for me!

No doctor will tie your tubes at such a young age. You'd even be hard pressed to get one to do it while you're under the age of 30. Not having sex is the best and only absolutely sure way to not get pregnant. Keep up the good work! Of course, if you ever decide to become sexually active, make sure you are using some form of birth control BEFORE you start and never ever forget to use condoms!

Most doctors will not perform a tubal on anyone until the age of maturity and when I got mine done at 24 I had to go talk to a counsellor first and tell them why (I had 2 kids and was in process of a divorce, so they said a-ok for me). But if you are that determined, then talk to the doctor. My suggestion, wait until you are 25 before you do this as you never know, as you get older the feeling of not wanting kids might change and getting a reversal done is more expensive than having them tied in the first place and you only get a 25% chance of pregnancy. Not good odds if you change your mind.

16 is rather young to be making such a decision. For all you know, you might get married and want to have kids later. Tubal ligation involves expensive surgery, leaves a scar on your belly, and isn't always 100% effective since tubes have been known to grow back in rare cases.

It is an elective procedure...
You are only 16, you may change your mind, but it isn't a bad idea, but it will cost you money.. your insurance will not cover an elective procedure.

you are way to young for that and I don't believe any Dr. will even concider doing that for you...I think you have to be around 23 -25 and have kids as far as I know
