Not normally, but I think you might be experiencing some pressure on your prostate gland when you take a dump. (Ever heard of "milking the prostate"?) That will probably turn you on, especially if you have to strain. Once in a while I'll get turned on later the same night if I take a dump, though. And yes, I am straight. Have a nice day!
