I have taken one cycle of it and i am not pregnant and some people told me that it can take up to 3. I really want it to happen natural and i dont want to pressure my self. Like i told the doctors i don't belive that anything is majorly wrong with me because i would just know it in my heart. I want a baby but i think that we are just trying to hard. I have come to one decision and that is when my husband wants to do deny him just do it and dont put my self on a schedule. I took birth control for 6 years i belive that it is still getting out of my system because my periods are so irregulare. Like last month when i did the provera i had my period and then had another one on the 31st. If your levels are low then how can they tell if you ovulated if you are on your period. What should i do?

I think the best think it's to relax, enjoy being with your husband and stop thinking you are having sex to have a baby, just get rid of that thought and have fun! I think that's why there's more unwanted pg than anything, because people are not stressed thinking about it. Maybe the hormons are still on your system, it depends on how long ago you stop taking your bc method. I was in the pill for 6 years and I got pg 6 months after stopping. Everyone is different, just be patient, time will come and you will have a beautiful baby. Don't know if you've been trying for long, but if it passes a year and you are still trying you should consider having some tests donde to find out if maybe there's something wrong. I'm sure everything will work out just fine, keep trying!

I too had to take clomid while trying to get pregnant. If there wasn't a problem somewhere you wouldn't be on clomid to start with, so you need to find out exactly why your doctor has you on clomid. I was on it because I couldn't ovulate. It didn't work so then I had to visit the fertility clinic where they do more intense procedures. I had to have a full hysterectomy last year without ever being able to get pregnant. But that doesn't mean that is your case, what I am saying is see your doctor, talk in detail about why you are on the clomid. If you don't like their explanation, get a new doctor. But whatever you do, don't put your husband on the back burner and think he doesn't hurt too. I didn't realize how much my husband hurt because we couldn't have a baby, he never told me because he didn't want to upset me further. Just be there for each other ~ that is what matters most. I wish you the best of luck and I hope that you get a healthy baby in the future.

I had taken clomid for on cycle, that was last month
and I have no intention of taken it again
because of the fact that I have fyb, I had to hhave an op to remove a cyts in my Uteris
and after the op I had to take Lupron shot for 3mth
Since I heard that women like should not take Clomid
for a long time because of the side effect
I also have an Ultrasound done every month1/2 to make sure that the fyb & cyts are not back
like you I want a baby but for now i WANT TO RELAX and see what happen
My advise to you ask the your doc why you need clomid
if you don't understand his explaination see another doc
because all of these Med have side affect and can cause other problem in the future
this is what I am going to try ; if I am not preg this month
next month after my p I am goin gto have sex everyday or every second day until I am preg
because I done that before but alas I had a misc
So maybe you try that method and if it work that is great
but you will be off Med
Good Luck

Honestly, is there is anyway that you can stay on it and just not think about. Most wemon try to hard to ger pregnant and they don't. It seems to me that when you aren't trying to will get pregnant. You can however take a break though. Just stop worrying about it and have some fun. Maybe go on a vacation and just relax. When you get back from vacation start taking it again but don't make it such a big deal. Treat it like a vitamin or somehting! Hope this helps!

I read in another poll you answered that you are trying to concive. I just wanted to tell you that you should try "doing" it in the morning, a week to 15 days after your period. I think your body is more relaxed at that time! Its worth a try. Most people "do it at night after a long stressful day! Give it a shot you got nothing to lose! Be patcient! GOOD LUCK!!!! Life will take its corse I know whats hard to hear when you want a baby so bad!!!!! But whats ment to be is men to be!
