Not to have a pholosphy at all.
Kids are so vibrant, so full of energy. by using some contorted philosophy we try to restrict their energies. We also justify this act claiming that we are channelising this energies.

Every child has value. Every child has intelligence in some area (be that mathematical, literarature, art, sports, music whatever). A good school should seek to find that and teach a child from his strengths.

to give a good all round education to the student which should include value education, at least one trade or vocation and social skills.
