It just keeps on coming don't it? Hell, I've been 18 for nearly thirty years now. It's all in the mind, doll.
According to Yahoo, 65 is the new 45, so I guess you've still got a few more years to make it right.

Stop wasting time on regrets and feeling sorry for yourself, and start doing something about it! Try to do some of the things you've always wanted to do. When I turned 40 I went out and got a CDL and drove a truck all over the country. Now I'm back in school and getting a degree. Your life is NOT over, unless you give up and turn into an old person.

Just remember that 50 is the old age of youth.
But 50 is the youth of old age.
I've hit 50 and am still going.
