Ovulation the monthly cyclic release of eggs from the ovaries just like the period can be affect by abortion,delivery...and diseases condition such as Anti ovarian Antibodies,Kallman's affecting the hypothalamus that sends hormone to the pituitary gland causing an-ovular condition.
Ovulation predictors tests the surge of LH(lutenising hormone) which indicates the egg is about to be released and does not affect ovulation.
Endometriosis the condition in which endometrial tissues may implant elsewhere outside the uterus may give some of the symptoms that you can as well check out for,
Period pain
dyspareunia--painful sexual experience
abnormal bleeding
painful urination
lower back pain
difficulty in getting pregnant..
However, after delivery the normal period and ovulation may change depending on individuals. You may as well consult your gynaecologist if the condition persists.

if you should have endometriosis then you should know its not like clock work. try and be patient or just go at it like rabbits and leave it to chance or you will end up a control freak
