There is no such one stop site. Membership in the AICPA is not required to be a licensed CPA. Each state has it's own licensing board. You would need to go to each state. Many states, including Florida have a search function, but not a comprehensive list. If the state has some type of freedom of information act type law, you might be able to request a blanket listing, but I would not expect it.
