Handkerchiefs' for women? I don't know, but what came into my mind was Hermes white silk scarves.

I've had a very hard time finding them myself. My solution? I go to the men's dept. and but them there. If you have to use one in public, just leave it folded slightly so it looks the same size as a women's

Most department stores have them. JC Penny had them when I use to buy them for my grand mother
