due to a handful of websites who have obviously done their homework, is it correct to assume that all the other websites that have debunked these sites as total lies are also part of the government conspiracy?

I often get people to tell me to post links for things I say. What kind of proof is being asked of the websites? Or do the conspiracy crowds blindly believe information on any anti-Bush site they see.

I wish you all would have read all of the question. Don't judge a book by it's cover.

I think that by asking this question you have tipped your hand at being part of the anti-conspiracy conspiracy.

By asking for proof that the conspiracy exists you perpetuate it.

Why do you need proof? They have grainy video footage and doctored and misidentified pictures. They expect you to not just debunk their theory but be able to substantiate the official story. And not just with scientific facts from physicists and engineers, they want real proof.

We cannot know for sure. There is evidence, but there is no proof. If there is a murder, the first thing you do is look for the suspects, that is, the people who would benefit most from it. You may believe fervorously that Bush had nothing to do with it - I respect that. But denying that he was the one person who benefited most from the whole tragedy is denying the plain truth.

Now, if I had proof I would think twice before disclosing it for fear of being sent to a secret jail somewhere in the world with no trial - that happens, you know? I hope you do.

Do I think modern democracies would attack their own people? Have you heard the phrase "they'd do anything for power"? Look around. Not only the world leaders are looking after their own interests first - most people are!

I am no consipiracy theorist. I don't know who really was the mind behind the attack. I am talking about what we can see - a US president going from the dumbest, least popular, least supported by the Congress, least voted status to national hero with strong support of both people and Congress in a couple of days - not to mention the control of oil reserves that the whole thing would eventually lead to.

Of course it can be just a case of coincidence. But I don't see why the opposite just COULD NOT be - especially if we take into account the recent history of the US.

You silly! Anyone knows if you're a card carrying member of the Vast Right Conspiracy, we were PAID to report false eye witness accounts! What really amazes me is how easily we got the liberal news media to "animate" planes flying into the twin towers--great work-- and pumping the hallucinogens into NYC air so everyone of those 'witnesses' had the SAME hallucination. How'd they ever find out?

Anyway-to answer your question, yes--we're very seriously trying to contain the 'leak' with more neocon propoganda. There, I've said it.

Conspiracy nuts are everywhere. The government was unable to keep the domestic spying program secret, Clinton couldn't even keep his blowjobs secret.

You're giving the government far too much credit. Just look at the bumbling politicians and ask yourself if they could REALLY be so effieicient. I highly doubt it.

Mikey... Baa sheepy! Baa!!! It takes a real man to ignore the mountains of evidence to the contrary and stick to your unconfirmed, and in some cases, blatantly false propaganda claiming the 9/11 attack was a Bush-hatched plan. I admire your fortitude.

I would say that you need to be sterilized to prevent gene-pool pollution, but I'm pretty sure you won't be reproducing anyways...

So I guess the goverment went and got people to take the flying leassons and to fly the plane in to the building's. Do not think so. I do believe more could of been done to stop it, but they did not attack america...Those guy's who took over the planes...(Afghanistan, Taliban)They are ulitimetly responisble for it..The question is when our we going to quite fighting over who is to blame and make sure they do not do it again...If you think about it terrorist are getting better everytime they hit us. And that is because they are learning from us..They laugh at us fight about "who is to blame"

My question to you. How are we going to prevent it from happening again?

Do you actually believe that our own gov't blew up the towers? Didn't you watch the planes fly into the towers on 9/11/01? I'm sick of people blaming our country for what the terrorists did.
