it's a mouse with no cable attached to it! (it uses infra-red to talk to the pc)

they are wireless mouse, operating with a receiver plugged like your conventional mouse to your usb port.
Unlike the conventional ones, your infra-red mouse runs on batteries. I'd suggest that for your laptop,but not for desktop as the batteries run out very fast. Unless you're in the mood to remove them everytime you finish using them.

infra-red mouse are mouse that don't use the classical ball. they are more efficient but they have minor bugs... hope this helped you :)

This a mouse for your computer that doesn't have a cable attached to it - I have one they are brilliant!
