i an a 38ddd and i really hink i need one becuz i might get back problens later in in life. my friends are tellin me no to do it becuz they will be so small but i only wanna go to a c cup is that good

I would seriously talk it over with your doctor and weigh the pros an cons. I have a close friend who had one and she has never felt better, she can now buy clothes and feel confident without having to wear bigger shirts. If your breast are already a 38 DDD at 16 this could cause back problems in the future and lead to allot of discomfort.
I am a 38 DD and I feel your pain, there is not a day that goes by my back doesn't hurt... not to mention how uncomfortable large breast can be. I think a C cup is a nice compromise....that's why Ill never understand why so may women are hellbent on breast augmentation. I would give ANYTHING to be a nice full B or small C, it would also be nice to have men look me in the eyes first.

I have always wanted a reduction. I'm a 38D. As I've gotten older I really wish now I would have. It would really be a good idea to consult a Dr. Not only are you looking at back trouble but it may turn into a self esteem issue. I understand where you are coming from, good luck!

I'd advise to go ahead with the reduction. I have a sister-in-law that started having chronic back pain and she had the reduction and her back pain has stopped. She was rather large and only had enough taken off to help her back. To decrease to a c cup is a good conservative amount and your back will thank you.

Is the rest of your body of normal size and weight?
38 inches around suggest your a little heavy.
Try loosing a few pounds and I bet your bra size will come down pretty fast. Why have surgery at 16 for a problem you don't even have or may never have.

My sister got a reduction 10 years ago an it has helped her tremendously with her back ,neck etc..although she had extra weight to loose afterword's an now since she has lost weight she looks even more proportioned! Also they don't hang south anymore an she is very proud of them !! good luck

You may learn to love them as you grow older, don't assume they will give you problems, they are part of you and you should be proud of your beautiful body for now, and worry about a reduction later if you feel that you really need it because they ARE giving you problems...not because you are worried they might. Stay beautiful!

my friend had a reduction when we were teenagers too. She was having the same problems, not to mention guys are total pervs and were trying to get with her for all the wrong reasons. It's up to you, however you feel comfortable, do it for yourself and dont let others change you.

Smaller is always better. You'll feel better and you'll look lighter. If you don't get a reduction, it'll get bigger with age and after having children. But wait till you're at least 18 to get it done.

get them reduced, you will have back problems later. As for your friends, it's not their body. Besides you can go down to a D and they will still be big. Also, when you have kids they will grow again.

I suggeest you do what YOU feel comfortable with. One of my honeys decided to get one because hers were large. She didn't go real small either and she did it to lift her nipple up as well. I told her that if it made her happy to do it so she did. I can show you afters
