Wow, tough one. You can only start Gore or Brown? In this case I would go with Brown. Buffalo can't stop the run and the Ram defense is actually better than people think.
As for TE i would go with Watson, Jets D is horrible and Watson is Brady's #1 target. Miller will not get another phantom TD this week.

You definiteyl want Gore in there, he destroyed the Cardinals last week. He has good speed and power and keeps his legs moving.
Heath Miller, who is going to be one of the best TE's in the game.
